Vision on sustainability
We are convinced that, as an asset manager, pension administration organization and as an employer, we can play a role in making society more sustainable in a broad sense. It is our ambition, together with our pension fund clients, to make a positive contribution to people, the environment and society. In doing so, we give substance to good governance, good employment practices, sustainable operations and sustainable asset management.
Good governance
Strong governance, ethical business practices and prudent risk management that explicitly assesses sustainability scenarios are important building blocks to promote our sustainability and the sutainability of our pension fund clients.The Code of Conduct and Financial Oath or Promise that we have incorporated into our Integrity Policy serve as the foundation for high standards of integrity and ethics where we always put the client's interest first. Every employee of DPS is committed to these ethical standards.
